Meadowlands — Kenny Smith Claims Meadowlands Victory
Twenty-four players teed it up at Meadowlands on a hot summer day, but it was Kenny Smith who rose to the top of a strong field, carding a 1-under-par 71 to claim the victory.
Several players made early moves up the leaderboard, but the tournament began to take shape by the ninth hole. Kenny Smith and Buddy Clay battled back and forth throughout the round until Buddy ran into trouble with a triple-bogey 7 on his 12th hole.
From there, Kenny stayed steady, continuing his run of pars while Buddy was unable to recover. Kenny secured the victory on his 17th hole.
Corey Davis finished strong, birdieing the 18th hole to claim second place. Buddy Clay, Jeffry Appleby, Andrew Tortorella, and Danny Carey shared third place.
Congratulations to Kenny Smith on a well-earned Meadowlands victory!

Kings North — Kilmartin Wins at Myrtle Beach National
The Coastal Property Brokers Signature Series returned to Myrtle Beach National on Friday for the second of four Signature Series events.
Joe Kilmartin held off Corey Davis, Larry Wasserman, and Jeff Lawing to claim the victory in a dramatic finish. Joe and Larry were in the clubhouse at 3-under and 2-under, respectively, setting the stage for a tense finish.
Corey carried the pressure to the 18th hole with an opportunity to force a playoff, but could not secure the birdie he needed. Jeff’s double bogey on the final hole also took him out of contention.
To cap off an already exciting round, Corey recorded a hole-in-one during the event.
Congratulations to Joe Kilmartin on another big Buddy Boys Golf victory and to all of the players who made the second Signature Series event a memorable one.
